COVID Update from our team

12-Jul-2021
Written by Ashley Blake

Firstly, we hope you and your families are keeping well and safe during this new wave and most importantly staying positive that we will soon reemerge at the other end (very soon)!

During a time of unknown, we wanted to reassure you all that our business is operating as usual during these new Covid restrictions. We are still able to conduct private inspections for both sale and lease properties and show 1 person through the property at a time. Both our Sales and Property Management team are contactable at anytime and happy to show you through a property at a time and day that suits you.

To comply with the regulations we ask if you are inspecting a property that you please adhere to the below:

- You MUST wear a mask
- Please sign in using the QR code at the door
- Please use hand sanitiser before entering
- 1 person plus the agent is permitted in the property at a time
- Ensure you practice social distancing at all times
- Please refrain from touching any surfaces in the property
- Please do not enter if you are feeling unwell

Our team are of course also still available to appraisal your home either face-to-face or virtually, what ever you feel comfortable with. Our agents are taking every necessary step to ensure the health and safety of our clients as well as our team is maintained. We understand that regardless of what is happening in the world, people still need to move, find a home, relocate etc and we are here to help and make the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

We will continue to update you all along the way of any changes in restrictions, but for the meantime stay safe and well and please reach out to us at anytime!
